Have you ever noticed that the majority of the biggest dumbasses serving in Congress are Democrats? From Barbara Boxer to Maxine Waters to Shelia Jackson-Lee to Alan Grayson ... whenever you hear a member of Congress sticking both of his or feet in his or her mouth, nine times out of ten it's a Democrat.
